Shipping & Handling
We look forward to preparing and shipping out your order as soon as possible to help you achieve your goals in practice.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours pending stock verification.
Orders received after 3pm PST will be processed the following business day.

We use UPS and FedEx to deliver your orders.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
You can typically find a tracking number on your paid invoice provided.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, handling fee, and your location. Before the final Checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. Back order may take 2 to 4 weeks to fulfill.
